What is the studio's address? Where is parking available?
We are located at 810 Caroline Street on the 3rd Floor. From the street, enter the purple doors to the lobby. Make your way straight back to the steep, green steps. Walk up the steps until you get to the 3rd floor. Our studio is the entire 3rd floor. If you are traveling with a stroller, please note that we have steep stairs leading to the studio. You may park your stroller in the lobby of our building, if you wish. Parking: Free 2-hour street parking is available or you may utilize the free, unlimited parking in the lots on Sophia Street. We suggest arriving at least 15-minutes prior to your appointment to accommodate for parking.
What is your policy regarding multiple families?
Due to the demand, we have a policy of serving one family per 15-minute session. This signifies that each family reserves their own session by each securing the booking fee and their own package. We have had families that each reserve a session in a consecutive time-frame so that they can snag a photo together (ie: cousins).
For example, three families might snag the 6:00 pm, 6:15 pm, and 6:30 pm sessions on a Saturday evening and then grab a cousins photo at the end. Each family has their own time with the photographer but it allows a pocket of time for Sarah to snag a photo of everyone together as well. Each family then selects their own package.
What are your accepted payment methods?
Upon finalizing your package selection at our studio, a team member will assist you with checking out. Accepted payment methods include any major credit card, debit card, check, or cash. Kitt Creative Gift Certificates cannot be used as payment during Santa’s Workshop Season.
Do you have a theme? Can you tell me about the set?
Our set design is always inspired by Norman Rockwell -- a timeless, classic representation of time spent with Santa during the holidays. Our set is custom-built each year by Sarah and her team. While some components are included each year as a part of the tradition (ie: helping Santa at his work table!), each year Sarah and her team take September and most of October to design and construct the set.
Do you have suggestions for outfit choices?
We encourage clients to wear what they feel confident and comfortable in -- whether it’s their annual Christmas pajamas or their Christmas best! During 15-minute sessions, we do not allow for outfit changes due to the appointment length and concerns for privacy, as well.
Is the studio accessible?
If a member of your party needs an accessible entrance, please let us know 24 hours prior to your appointment. This allows us to ensure that a member of our team can meet you at a specific time to help with our private service elevator. Also, in the event that the elevator is not working, we can make arrangements to meet you at an alternative accessible entrance with a ramp. Are pets allowed in the studio?
Service animals are the only animals allowed in our studio. If you wish to schedule an a portrait session including your pets, we’d love to accommodate them during our outdoor portrait sessions or by scheduling an appointment at your home (January-August). Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule such an appointment.
What is the booking fee?
A non-refundable booking fee of $35 is due at the time of booking. This payment secures your appointment time. This booking fee is separate; it is not applied to the package total due at the time of check out following your session.
I didn't receive a confirmation email and/or newsletter email?
Please check your spam folder and/or also all your gmail tabs. You may also check with us via email@example.com to check your appointment time. You will also receive a reminder e-mail of your appointment time 48 hours prior to your session.
What colors will you be using?
We strive to use timeless colors and themes. A lot of inspiration comes from Norman Rockwell time period. Just think "classic".

Can we choose which Santa we book?
Due to the overwhelming popularity of this experience we cannot guarantee you to have the exact same one year to year. We do welcome back both Santa Dale and Santa Steve this year and are very confident that you will greatly enjoy and appreciate their expertise.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. In the event that you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. You can reschedule by (a) using our booking calendar link listed on this webpage, (b) opening your booking confirmation email sent via Acuity to access an icon at the bottom of that e-mail that says ‘View Appointment Details’. (Please note that you will only be able to reschedule if there is another opening to switch your appointment time.) Or, you may also call us at (c) 540-379-7312 for assistance with rescheduling or to be added to our Email Waiting List as a last-minute opening might become available at a later date.
